1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Anything Sticker application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Anything Sticker is a mobile application that allows users to create digital stickers using artificial intelligence based on photos uploaded by the user.

3. USER CONTENT

3.1 Ownership and Responsibility

• You retain full ownership of all photos you upload to the App.
• You represent and warrant that you have obtained full consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in your uploaded photos.
• You are solely responsible for all content you upload to the App.

3.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or create stickers from content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or violent content
• Depicts minors in inappropriate contexts
• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or obligation

4. STICKER USAGE RESTRICTIONS

4.1 Personal Use Only

• Stickers created through the App are for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not sell, license, or monetize stickers created using the App in any way.

4.2 No Printing Rights

• You are not permitted to print physical versions of stickers created through the App.
• The stickers are intended for digital use within supported platforms only.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 App Content

• The App, including all software, algorithms, visual interfaces, graphics, and AI technology used to generate stickers, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Generated Stickers

• While you own your uploaded photos, the AI-generated stickers are licensed to you under restrictions outlined in Section 4.
• You agree that we may use anonymized versions of generated stickers to improve our AI systems.

6. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

6.1 User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that stickers you create do not violate third-party copyrights.
• If your generated sticker violates copyright or other intellectual property rights, you assume full legal and financial responsibility.

6.2 DMCA Compliance

• We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7.1 REFUNDS

The credits that you purchased on the app are non-refundable. Any credits you spent to create a sticker cannot be refunded. The system will automatically deduct the credits from your account when you create a sticker. In any case of server failure, the system will automatically refund the credits to your account. On special cases where the credits are not refunded, please contact us at [email protected] and we will manually refund the credits to your account.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE APP, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the App
• Content you upload or stickers you create
• Your violation of any rights of a third party

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any data you upload to the app is only used to generate stickers. We use several third party services to process your data. By using the app, you agree to the following:

You give us permission to access and use your data for the purpose of generating stickers. We may forward the data during sticker creation process to third party services that help us provide our sticker creation service.

Once the sticker is created, we remove all image data from our servers. We only store the log that you have created a sticker.

We don't store your email used during Sign in With Apple. We only store your account identifier so we can track your credit balance.

Once the sticker is downloaded to your device, we store the sticker data on your iCloud account.
